God’s Reminders

“…as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee. I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence, and give Him no rest, till he establish, and till He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”  (Isaiah 62:5b-7).

The Lord Jesus Christ is in love with you and desires to marry you. All born-again believers are members of the Church, which is the Bride of Christ. The wedding day is fast approaching. He will rejoice over us as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride. Meanwhile, since the Jerusalem on earth is symbolic of the New Jerusalem, the Bride of Christ, God has appointed all believers to be watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, to pray, to intercede, to remind the Lord of His promises, to take no rest for themselves nor give Him any rest until He establishes and makes the New Jerusalem, the Church, a praise in all the earth.

Dear reader, I invite you to pray with me as follows:

“Dearest Lord Jesus, please come. Hurry! It touches my heart that You have fallen in love with Your Bride, Your Church, including me, and desire to get married. Thank You that to prepare me for that blessed event You have made me an intercessor, a sentry on the walls, crying to God in intercession for my brethren that they will grow in faith, and praying for the lost so they will repent and be born again. Thank You that You specifically want me to remind You of Your promises, until You establish and make the New Jerusalem, the Bride of Christ, the Church, a praise in the earth. Not only do I pray for the Church universal, but I also pray for the congregation of believers with whom I regularly meet, until we too, become a praise to God in our community.”

Updates from Cuba

Starting in the 1990’s Fred was significantly involved with Cuba.  The Lord has continued to move strongly in Cuba through many brothers and sisters in Christ including some key workers who Fred helped to disciple.  Since 2009, a project to evangelize the whole country has reached many Cubans with many new believers added to the house of God.  The work is ongoing to evangelize the entire island country.
